Hi Barbara,
basically this is a leather plate which fits exactly underneath the passenger seat. It has
two clamps on each side to hang the bags onto. You simply put on the bags, turn the
clamps to secure them and you can, if you like, hang a small padlock on these clamps.
Works great, the bags come on and off easily and quickly and the whole thing looks good at the
same time.
